Skyrim talk:Vorstag
Help with a bug anyone?[edit]
I married him, but when I choose the "what do you have for sale" dialogue option, it displays him having 0 gold, so I cannot sell anything to him. What should I do? (PC version)
About him supposedly disliking mines. I've been in a few mines with Vorstag and all I've heard him say is 'I don't like the looks of this' before a cave-in, which he or Lydia both say in trapped areas in any case. What is he saying and what mines did it happen in? ----Elle
I went to Quicksilver Mine in Dawnstar, and immediately upon loading, he says, "You know what I miss right now? Fresh air." Verified on that instance, at least. -Momatoes 08:24, 11 December 2011 (UTC)
He said something about being willing to do anything else if only he's not required to spend a day mining when we entered the mine off Mor Khazgur. Or something like that, anyways. --Thiafy 18:50, 19 December 2011 (UTC)
- When your follower spouse has 0 gold to buy things from you with, it means that you are too far from the merchant chest. That's normally in your marital home. So, go to wherever your spouse's home is and you should be able to use the store again. Also, if you're too far from the merchant chest your spouse will only have the things he/she is carrying (but not anything that's equipped) to sell to you. --Morrolan (talk) 18:13, 24 January 2013 (GMT)
Follower's Attitude[edit]
I only have Lydia to compare him to, but I found that Vorstag's conversation options never got tedious. That's important because you have to talk to your follower over and over and over, so if they have annoying dialogue, it gets old fast. (For example, Lydia's exasperated "I am sworn to carry your burdens.")
I also have never heard him comment negatively on mines. It would be in-character for him to complain about mining (or any kind of crafting for that matter), but I've seen no evidence that he actually does so.
Funniest thing he does: sometimes when I'm sneaking up on something dangerous, I'll hear him yawn loudly. — Unsigned comment by Greg Hullender (talk • contribs) on January 1, 2012 19:51
