The subterranean ruin of Baan Urlai

Baan Urlai is an old ruin hidden within Talmahre Cavern.

The stronghold contains a number of largely fresh corpses in the northwestern room, with many of these carrying enchanted gear, likely killed by the Daedra inhabiting the ruin.

An Ebony Dagger, gold, a ruby, and an emerald can be found in the northeastern room behind a level 60 locked door, next to a skeleton that has been laid to rest with a set of Native Chuzei boots and matching shield. This room also contains two level 50 locked chests, one of which is trapped.
