Engor is a Wood Elf incarcerated within Menaan's single prison cell, and due to be executed. He claims innocence, but if released will ultimately murder the governor of the town, Dathlyn Vando.

If, however, you inform the guard, Brennan, about Engor's attempts to escape, Engor will disappear from his cell following a presumably early execution.
