I was tasked with investigating a ghost haunting the smithy of Padulius Voltandus, just across from the Chapel of Zenithar.

Padulius Voltandus wanted me to see the ghost myself in his room above the smithy before he would explain anything.

The ghost haunting the smithy spoke these words: "Padulius Voltandus, your handiwork failed me in Sael-Hla."

Padulius Voltandus explained that he sold shoddy equipment to a young adventurer, Ossic Malance, years ago when he first opened his smithy. The young man died because of it and has now returned as a ghost haunting the smithy. To placate the spirit of Ossic Malance, he gave me a silver longsword and an Imperial gold helm to leave on his remains in the cave of Sael-Hla.

I found Ossic Malance's remains in Sael-Hla and left the silver longsword and Imperial gold helm with them. His ghost appeared and accepted the offering.

Padulius Voltandus confirmed that the ghost of Ossic Malance had departed.
