Gilnyth Ancestral Tomb is a tomb in the Alt Orethan region, containing multiple magical trinkets.

Follow the road running west from Dreynim to reach the entrance to this tomb, which sits upon it. Undead populate this place, including a Bonelord immediately behind the first locked door. A Feather Belt, Amulet of Health and Amulet of Rest can be found on a chest in the northern chamber, while a Scroll of Hellfire can be found on one of the ashpits on the top level.
