Khirakai is an Indoril ruin concealing a host of Baluath Clan vampires.
Khirakai is most easily reached by walking east-northeast from Arvud. Ruins litter the ground before the main building. Vampires are present inside, with the main items of value here being the dust they drop and the Vintage Brandy on the table.
The location is one of several that you may search during the events of the Temple quest Armun Ashlands Avenger, and killing the vampires here is the only way to gain the approval of Temple novice Ravur Othravel (other than not killing any suspects at all). This action will lock you out of the Baluath Clan questline however, as the vampire Ofelia is essential to its progression.
