Komira's House

Komira's House is a house located next to the pier in Othmura. It belongs to Komira, the town's shipmaster.

The front door is locked (35), and Komira herself is not home. She can instead be found out on the pier, offering boat transport along the Thirr River. She carries the key to unlock it.

The basement

The house is built into the side of the adjoining hill, with the ground floor connected to the basement by a flight of stairs. The furnishings are appropriately nautical for the town's resident shipmaster: a disused boat, fishnet, and anchor can be seen in the basement, while a fish hangs from the rafters upstairs.

The ground floor serves as a bedroom and dining area, with multiple vases serving as food containers. A copy of Mysterious Akavir can be found underneath the bed, and six gold lie on top of the set of drawers at the foot of the bed. More gold can be found in the locked (15) chest next to it.

The basement serves as a storage area, with a large number of crates, vases, and other containers. A locked (10) small chest containing gold can be found on the shelf on the far side of the room. A valuable Map of the Empire can be found on the same shelf. A sample of Sload Soap is located on top of a crate on the eastern side of the room, hidden beneath a regular bar of soap.
