Marcius Arius is an Imperial Warrior and a Recruit of the Imperial Legion. He can normally be found in the courtyard of Fort Ancylis, but makes a brief excursion to Menaan during the quest Death of an Agent. In this he stands by ready to take in any individual which you choose to arrest for the murder of one Morio Stulti.
