Melgor, a master archer in Old Ebonheart

Melgor is a Wood Elf archer found in Kynareth's Tower, in the castle of the Ebon Tower in Old Ebonheart. He offers training to a high level in Block and Long Blade, and to maximum level in Marksman. However, he will only agree to offer training if supplied with the Bow of Shadows, which is hidden on Vvardenfell. He has something of a puffed-up opinion of himself:

"You have not heard tales of the legendary Melgor? That can't be. Surely you've heard of my great feats where you come from. My heroic last stand at Sancre Tor? The devastating blow I dealt to the renegade Sky Baron of Elden Root? You must not read very much, if you haven't heard of me."
