Mirba is a haunted tower once ruled by Telvanni necromancers.
According to Almere Llerarys, a Telvanni visiting Andothren, the tower was occupied decades ago, but the wizards were soon executed for their crimes by members of the Tribunal Temple. Almere has an interest in the leader of the now undead group, Ondres Llerarys, as becomes clear during the course of the quest Soul Inheritor.
Mirba itself lies upon Lake Andaram's southern shore, on the hill behind the Hlaalu Ferry. The Alteration skill book, 36 Lessons of Vivec, Sermon 13, can be found on the floor at the top of the dome, while an Ebony Dagger lies within the chest of a skeleton (likely Ondres') on the bed on the same floor.
