Raynil Vando

Raynil Vando is a Dark Elf Noble and the daughter of Menaan's governor, Dathlyn Vando. She lives with her mother in Menaan's Vando Manor, and in the event that Dathlyn is killed, Raynil will take on the responsibilities of the governorship - for example, dispensing the quest Alit Trouble in Menaan in her mother's absence. Rumors circulate among the residents of Menaan that she is involved in some form of embezzlement scheme, and they will reference this in their dialogue - with very high levels of disposition, as the Vandos are known to hire hitmen.

Raynil finds herself in hot water during the Imperial Legion quest, Death of an Agent, and she finds herself a suspect in the murder case of an East Empire Company agent, Morio Stulti, who was investigating her finances. Should you choose to bring Raynil in however, she will have no qualms about sending her bodyguard, Jurgan, to kill you.
