Rolvyn Saldro, a very nosy neighbor

Rolvyn Saldro is a Dunmer farmer in the rural settlement of Velonith, with a strongly-felt dislike of his neighbor, the egg miner, Velms Maloren. At the time of your arrival in town he has been complaining vociferously about noises coming from Velms' shack, and will employ you to investigate.

It quickly becomes apparent that he firmly believes in Velms' malicious intent, and wants him gone - he will not be satisfied unless you provide him with a means to achieve this outcome, in which case he will gleefully anticipate having his neighbor drowned "in the waters of the Triune".
