Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak to Tynachos in Almas Thirr's Guild of Mages about Rowdy Anne.
2. Journey to Old Ebonheart's docks and ask about Rowdy Anne.
3. Capture Rowdy Anne's soul.
4. Return to Tynachos.

Notes

• If you kill Rowdy Anne without capturing her soul, Tynachos will order that you capture the soul of an ordinary sturgeon instead. These are relatively common in the waterways around Hlan Oek.
• Only three people in Old Ebonheart know the location of Rowdy Anne. These are Pero Tyrolian, Hides-In-Mud and Yngskar Pale-Trick.

110	Finishes quest	I brought Tynachos the soul of a common sturgeon. The guildmaster was not impressed.
