10Alvynu Llervas wants me to help resolve a robbery in the Market Quarter. A merchant named Saenus Dibuntus is complaining that the Camonna Tong shook him down for protection money and stole some of his goods. Alvynu needs me to talk to Saenus to gather information, find out who ordered the shakedown from the Camonna Tong, and retrieve the stolen goods.
20Saenus Dibuntus claims that two individuals identifying themselves as members of the Camonna Tong, a Dunmer and a Nord, barged in and demanded protection money. After he paid, they stole some of his glassware before leaving.
30I asked a Camonna Tong member about the robbery in the Market Quarter and they laughed at the idea an outlander would be running with them. They told me to report it to Ovramie Heleran in the Council Club.
40I talked to Camonna Tong enforcer Ovramie Heleran about the robbery in the Market Quarter. She confirmed it wasn't them and instead believes it's the work of operatives from the Ja-Natta Syndicate, an upstart criminal organization from the east trying to muscle into Narsis through a new drug called greydust. She said that Sodren Gals, who should be outside the Cat-Catchers Hall on the docks, would be able to point me towards the robbers.
50Sodren Gals told me he often sees two people matching the robbers' descriptions coming and going from a cave called Gulmebi. It's located on the east bank of the River Thirr, just north of the stronghold Hlorandar.
70I returned Saenus Dibuntus's stolen goods. He thanked me for my work and asked if I'd also found the 850 gold he paid as protection money. I replied I hadn't, which disappointed him.
75I returned Saenus Dibuntus's stolen goods and reimbursed him for the protection money he paid. He gave me a few foreign trinkets as compensation and promised me good prices should I ever return to his shop.
100Finishes quest☑I returned to Alvynu Llervas, who thanked me for resolving the robbery in the Market Quarter but was nevertheless distressed that the Ja-Natta Syndicate was brazen enough to run such a high-profile operation in Narsis.
