Sover Dothril

Sover Dothril is a Dark Elf warrior, Lawman of House Hlaalu and the captain of the Vyr-Moran Lookout. The guards refer to him as the toughest hand-to-hand combatant they have ever known, and he can offer training in this skill up to level 90. He permits a relaxed atmosphere in the lookout, with the guards under him being just a little drunk. Indeed, Sover is quite willing to take a share of the profits of local smugglers (as shown in Smugglers in Yadamsi) rather than attempt to stop them.
