Summary[edit]
This template is to be used for listing non-magic books in a table format, along with item id, description, and location. This is game-specific.
Parameters[edit]
In addition to the parameters below, the following parameters are loaded from the book page and may be overridden as necessary by specifying a value for them: author, collection, description, icon, icon2, id, id2, loc, skill, spell, type, value, weight. See {{Lore Book}} and {{Game Book}} for documentation.
Parameter | Scope | Description |
---|---|---|
1 | required | Title of book as it appears in inventory. |
2 | optional | Displayed title of book. If not provided, the linktitle loaded from the page will be used. Failing that, the first parameter will be used. |
ns_base | optional | Namespace for book page. Defaults to current namespace. |
Display Toggles | ||
The following options control what information is displayed. Values should preferably be set to blank or 0 to hide the information, and yes or 1 to show it. | ||
showicon | optional | Show the icon column (default: 0). |
showid | optional | Show the ID beneath the book's title (default: 0). |
showskill | optional | For skill books, show the skill column (default: 0). |
showvalue | optional | Show the value column (default: 0). |
showweight | optional | Show the weight column (default: 0). |
showauthor | optional | Show the author column (default: 1). |
showdesc | optional | Show the description column (default: 1). |
showloc | optional | Show the location column (default: 0). |
showtype | optional | Show the type column (default: 0). |
showcollection | optional | Show the collection column (default: 0). |
showmod | optional | Show the mod column (default: 0). |
showpubdate | optional | Show the publication date column (default: 0). |
