Book Summary

• See how prev/next/up can be fit in with compilations. Table fields overlap with Book Footer.
• Consider how to handle non-Lore entries. Book Summary? Book Transclusion with custom text? Yes, Book Summary always.

Book Transclusion

• Support lpfancy parameter passed into transclusion. Because it's inherited, this can simply be passed to Book Transclusion, which can remain blissfully unaware of it.
• Handle #lst sections for books like The Year 2920. This should be a parameter passed along with lorename, which changes the default transclusion to use #lst instead. Done.
• Need to allow intro text for Saryoni's Sermons Manuscript and Saryoni's Sermons, which both use identical text apart from intro. Done.

Book Compilation

• Provide ability to list all books to compile?
• Ideally needs to handle section titles and transclusions separately.

Book Footer

• Per Book Summary, consider how the two overlap and what to do about it.
• If kept more or less as is, can variables be loaded?

Book End

• Convert to simple </div> and add NESTLEVEL check.

Non Book

• Resurrect and change most/all current Book Ends to this.
