Town?[edit]

I'm not really sure why this page gets a Cities & Towns treatment. It's really more of a dungeon that happens to be shaped like a fort. All the occupants (with one excpetion) are hostile, and there's no services of any kind, and only one related quest, which involves basically going through and killing anything that moves. And even though you're supposedly "taking back the fort", it never gets re-occupied with friendly NPCs or anything, so there's not much reason to ever go back there after completing the quest (except perhaps to grab any extra loot you couldn't carry the first time through.) These facts all basically add up to the same conclusion, that it's a dungeon, not a town, and should be treated as such. Alternatively, I don't see any reason why this page can't simply redirect to Siege at Firemoth, which already contains a detailed description of the fort, its occupants, maps, and anything else you might be expected to find on a location page. --TheRealLurlock Talk 09:54, 12 January 2009 (EST)

Redesign the page as Dungeon page, yes. But don't convert it to a redirect. Siege at Firemoth should be the article about the quest, and everything related to it. This article should be about the Fort itself, detailed information on its occupants, treasure etc. Stuff that is not relevant enough for a quest page. --Timenn < talk > 11:55, 12 January 2009 (EST)

Region[edit]

Wouldn't the fort be in the Firemoth Region, not the Bitter Coast? Legoless 22:13, 12 October 2010 (UTC)

You're right, but I'm inclined to keep it in the Bitter Coast. I've added a note to the article about the real region, but apart from changing the weather, it's more useful to give an idea of the location by saying "Bitter Coast" than saying Fort Firemoth is in Firemoth region. I think. rpeh •TCE 10:41, 13 October 2010 (UTC)
