Training level?

Bael only seems to train to 75 in Restoration. I own the steam version of Morrowind GOTY.

No, he trains it to 100. Don't forget, you can't train a skill beyond the value of its governing attribute, so unless your Willpower score is over 75, you won't be able to increase your Restoration beyond that point either. rpeh •T•C•E• 08:15, 22 October 2011 (UTC)
