Barrus is a Redguard fisher found on the Sentinel Docks after you clear the Ra-Netu by defeating Salmaran. He works outside the Warehouse on the east side of the docks, carrying barrels from a pile in front of Halinad's store to a pile by the warehouse's entrance. He has no unique dialogue.
