Dagger-Beak is a cliff strider that has stolen a royal kwama egg from Revus Demnevanni during the quest Hatching a Plan.
It later makes a physical appearance when it flies into the docks at Gnisis in an enraged state after one of its babies was stolen from one of its egg-heaps. Upon arriving, it lands on and instantly kills Vigard the Sparrow before turning its attention on you.
