Notes[edit]
- This ability was added to the game in Update 6.
- Very few enemies outside of Cyrodiil make much use of stealth, so this spell is not very useful in other zones. Note however that it is not only other players in Cyrodiil that use stealth - NPC enemies in Cyrodiil also use stealth far more than enemies in other locations.
- Prior to Update 23, Blinding Flare was known as Scorching Flare and did Fire Damage instead of stunning enemies.
