Online:Shell Splitter

Shell Splitter is an Elite Gear Set that was formerly available from "Rewards for the Worthy" mails, earned by participating in PvP, prior to Update 39. It can now be obtained in boxes purchased using Alliance Points from the Bruma Quartermaster, as quest rewards in Bruma, as a reward for completing delves and dolmens throughout Cyrodiil, from completing Board Missions, and from Elite Gear Vendors. It cannot be crafted and does not drop from monsters. Pieces are Aldmeri Dominion, Daggerfall Covenant, or Ebonheart Pact Style in Medium Armor, depending on the player's alliance.

5 items: When an enemy blocks one of your attacks, increase your Offensive Penetration by 631 for 5 seconds. This effect can stack up to 20 times. You can gain one stack every 0.5 seconds.

The set consists of medium armor and jewelry in all slots, as well as weapons and shields of all types.
