- The classic skin style was initially internally named «Imperial», but when Skins system were added to the game, this was changed.
- Initially, «Dwarven» skin style was planned to be called «Dwemer», but it was changed prior to release. Equipment made of Dwarven Metal (tier 5) will be labeled as «Ancestral Dwarven ...» to prevent the word from being repeated, so «Dwarven Sword» with «Dwarven» skin would be called «Ancestral Dwarven Sword».
