Kidnappings by the Witch's goblin followers are rising, but it seems some pf these can be bribed with stylish clothes in exchange for prisoners.
- Craft fine pieces of clothing for ransom
- Patrol the area to stop abduction
- Eliminate any goblins who refuse bribes
