The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind - World Building is a prerelease video uploaded by Bethesda to advertise the Morrowind Construction Set and its functionality. The video has Todd Howard narrating various parts of Morrowind's gameplay, development, and how to use them for yourself. This video is one of seven videos that make up the "Morrowind Video Tour" which was released in prerelease Morrowind press kits, as well as being uploaded to the old elderscrolls.com website.
