Anes Hlaren

Anes Hlaren is a Dark Elf nightblade slave hunter wandering Ald Velothi. He is looking for a runaway slave, J'Saddha. Like with his fellow slave hunters, Sadal Doren and Garyn Girith, you can raise his disposition above 60 to either lie to him and say J'Saddha left town, or you can tell him the truth, that J'Saddha is located by the nearby Daedric ruin of Ashalmawia. Depending on which dialogue option you picked, he will either go near the ruin, or leave Ald Velothi.

He wears an expensive amulet, shirt, pants and shoes. He carries a leveled short blade. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows the spells Absorb Willpower, Absorb Speed, Absorb Agility, Spell Absorption, Weak Spelldrinker, Reflect, Dire Noise, Far Silence, Hide, Invisibility, Alad's Caliginy, Lightning Storm, Lightning Bolt, Shockbloom, Wearying Touch, Strong Levitate, Tinur's Hoptoad, Weary, Crushing Burden Touch, Great Burden of Sin, and Heavy Burden.

"Yes, that dirty little Khajiit better be good at hiding. Have you seen him?"

Truth: He is by the Daedric ruin.

"I'll take a look over there. Thank you, %PCName."

J'Saddha

"I'm going to look around the ruins, like you said."

Lie: He left town.

"Right. Sure. "He left town." I can't believe you thought I was that stupid. I don't like you, %PCRace. You better stay out of this."

J'Saddha

"You lied to me once, %PCName. I don't care what you say about J'Saddha, I'm staying right here."

Disposition < 60:

Truth: He is by the Daedric ruin.

"I'll take a look over there. Thank you, %PCName."

Lie: He left town.

"No idea where he went? Damn. He's probably halfway to the mainland by now... Thanks, %PCName. I'd best start looking for the next slave on my list, then."

J'Saddha

"You said he left town. There's no reason for me to stick around here."

If J'Saddha has been killed:

"The bounty on J'Saddha will keep me in wine and women for a month!"
