Horacia Eulius is an Imperial noble residing in Eulius Manor, in the city of Stirk. She is married to Cassyndrian Eulius and is therefore Alenion's and Amarius' aunt.
She strongly believes in discipline and order, as you will notice the first time you talk to her, "Welcome to Stirk. I'm Horacia Eulius. Some call me vigilante, but all I want is peace and order. That's reasonable isn't it?" When asked about Stirk, she will tell you one of many generic replies such as, "Picturesque and thriving with life. Happiest place in the Abecean."
The townsfolk of Stirk know very well of her character and can be heard saying, "Horacia Eulius is always going on about how poor she thinks the guards are. Though I must admit I've never seen Captain Cartello doing much." Her husband will also comment, "My wife Horacia can be a bit overzealous, but she's a lovely woman. I'm sure you'll get used to her."
Testament to her nature, she spends most of her day patrolling the streets of Stirk. After waking up early at 6am, she unlocks the front door and heads out for a two-hour morning stroll. Once she gets back home, she indulges in a two-hour breakfast before returning to her "duty". For an incredible 14 hours, she tirelessly keeps watch on her neighborhood, before returning home at midnight, locking the door and heading to bed. On Loredas and Sundas, she will be found silently praying on one of the pews in the chapel between 12pm and 4pm in company of her husband. The only change to her routine is when the chapel catches fire and she joins the rest of the bewildered townsfolk in front of it. After this, she will obviously end her weekend trip.
Being a noble woman has its benefits and Horacia displays her wealth in her clothing. She wears a red velvet blouse and garment and a pair of gold trimmed shoes. She also carries some twenty septims. Keeping security in mind, she always keeps an elven dagger close at hand and is able to cast the Star of the West and Voice of the Emperor powers.
