Added quest link

I've added the quest link for Light the Dragonfires, since it will be Captain Steffan that greets you outside the Imperial Palace if Baurus died. Explained here (on the talk page) because many people will not see this due to the fact that most people will want to keep baurus alive.--LordDagon 11:58, 5 March 2008 (EST)

Moved note

• This does not happen much but,rarely Captain Steffan might be ableto be killed before the Spies quest is occuring.
