Oblivion talk:Hal-Liurz
Please Wait in the hall...[edit]
Here's my problem, at the end of the "Information at a Price" quest, when I asked Hal-Liurz to fetch the count, she took too long, so I went into his room and talked to him myself. Eveything seemed find afterwards, but now, every time I talk to Hal-Liurz, she tells me the same thing "Please wait here in the Hall, the count will be with you shortly". So now I can't even have her fetch the count for the Bruma Aid quest. I have no problem getting to him myself, but was wondering if there was anyway (other the console because I'm on the 360) to fix this problem. --Zirakseez 16:44, 13 December 2008 (EST)
- I have encountered the same problem, did the same thing, and now have the same bug. The only way around it for me appears to be for me to get Count Hassildor myself. I tried to wake the count while he was sleeping and tried to keep moving ahead of him to lure him down to the courtyard to reset it, but he turned around as soon as he got to his bedroom door.--ACGrecor 19:57, 15 August 2009 (UTC)

- This NPC is definitely bugged. I've just finished the Cure for Vampirism quest successfully but all this woman says to me now is "Please wait here in the Hall, the count will be with you shortly." (even though she already brought him to me and I was able to complete the quest). Her original dialogue options are gone. It doesn't seem to register to her that the count has already seen me. It wouldn't be such a big deal if not for the fact that I haven't even started the Mages Guild questline and I'm not at the Allies for Bruma stage of the Main Quest either, and I'm now worried that if/when I get to those points, I'm going to have to break into the count's room myself just to be able to speak with him. — Unsigned comment by 174.0.106.101 (talk) at 11:01 on 21 May 2010 (UTC)
- Never mind. I just reached the "Information at a Price" stage of the Mages Guild quest and her dialogue options reset to what they're supposed to be. — Unsigned comment by 174.0.106.101 (talk) at 23:13 on 21 May 2010 (UTC)

- Check the bugs section of the quest article, and be sure to read through the similar questions on the quest article's talk page as well. --GKtalk2me 02:31, 16 November 2010 (UTC)
In the Dining Hall[edit]
If using the (permanently? red) door from the County Hall to the dining room after dinner time, Hal-Liurz, during "Information at a Price" will greet "You are here to see the Count, yes? He has been expecting you. Please, wait here, I shall inform him of your arrival." But she only stands there and grumbles words to the effect of "get out before I call the guards."--Lmstearn (talk) 16:05, 31 August 2014 (GMT)
- Yeah, that happens when you're trespassing. The trespassing overrules the quest related scripts. Zul se onikaanLaan tinvaak 18:02, 31 August 2014 (GMT)
