Alathur is a Khajiit found in the town of Alten Corimont. He is located on the upper deck of The Blasted Breton, on the Fighters Guild side of the ship after you complete A Pirate Parley.

After you kick the Dominion out of Alten Corimont, Alathur has some words for you.
- "Eh, you're a fine one, aren't you? S'jash say we take orders from you, no questions.
