Alfred Zulin is a Breton soldier who, along with Ealis Zulin, is found being welcome to Orsinium. High Priestess Solgra on the steps of Scarp Keep towards the end of Invitation to Orsinium.
The High Priestess welcomes them by saying "Once again, welcome to Orsinium! I look forward to working with you on this grand endeavor." Alfred and Ealis then walk off down the keep's steps, disappearing once they pass the fountain.
