Bishaba Basement-Dweller is a Khajiit fighter who can be found guarding an important ledger beneath The Goiter's Gulp in The Stitches. She will react to you trespassing, and wields a greatsword. She serves as a possible obstacle during the related quest and can give you a bounty if she sees you trespassing, but otherwise, she serves little purpose.
