Chanil-Wei is an Argonian leatherworker who sells medium armor at her Bog Brokers stall, Leathers of Lilmoth, in Lilmoth.

When spoken to she can say:

"They say the Dead-Water tribe use the hides of their fallen to craft leathers. Have you ever heard of such a morbid practice?"

"Crocodile hide makes for both sturdy and attractive armor. It's not a look that many can pull off, however. Takes a certain amount of confidence."

"None know leathers like we Argonians of Murkmire. Many dryskins wish to know the secret of our craft, but few have the patience needed to learn."

"Most of my orders come through the Bright-Throat tribe. Not sure what they need with my leathers, though. There aren't many warriors among them."
