Magister Vox stole an item of power from the Tribunal Temple — the hammer known as Veloth's Judgment. She fled east, away from Mournhold. Almalexia asked me to track her down before she gains the full power of the artifact.

Detailed Walkthrough

When Vox fled the Tribunal Temple in Mournhold, she headed east. Almalexia sends you to Selfora, a village to the east known for its "independent spirit." It is very likely that Vox passed through it.

Once in Selfora, find Elynisi Arthalen. She was injured in an explosion and there are spirits everywhere.
