Cooks Fine Things is a Khajiit slave who can be found in the Slavemaster's House in Tel Aruhn. He has no unique dialogue.
He will usually be cooking near the fire, stirring a bowl, and will walk around to check on the shelf and crates in the side room before walking upstairs to view the bedroom, and then head back to the fire.
