Dominion Honor Guards are Aldmeri Dominion soldiers that can be found in Keeps controlled by the Dominion in Cyrodiil and district flags in the Imperial City. As expected, they are hostile to any Ebonheart Pact or Daggerfall Covenant players. As of the release of Elsweyr, Dominion Honor guards wear armor in the Aldmeri Dominion style.
