Deep Freeze

Falmer Icecaster unleashes an icy whirlwind in the direction it is facing. This whirlwind does moderate frost damage and roots all targets that it hits. Then 4 new whirlwinds emerge from the target hit and travel in all 4 directions, dealing frost damage and immobilizing targets hit. The root effect passes through block, but it can be escaped by roll dodging. You can interrupt this attack to put Falmer Icecaster off-balance.

Falmer Icecaster casts a spell around him which grants a damage shield for him and nearby allies.
