Gilroy Vassinus

Gilroy Vassinus is an Imperial and leader of the bandit group found occupying Legion's Rest. His family once owned a winery, but it went out of business years ago. This may be the reason for his plan to steal the Blue Aedral wine shipment from Orissa Dellinoi as her family was a rival business.

Somehow, he and his group were able to tame the strange Crystaljack insects that recently appeared in West Weald. He can be found with three of them within the delve.

Skills and Abilities

As an elite enemy, Gilroy Vassinus is immune to crowd control. He starts the fight with three crystaljacks.

Lop

A basic melee attack that does minor physical damage.

Chop

A basic melee attack that does minor physical damage.

Puncture

Gilroy thrusts his weapon with disciplined precision at a target, dealing minor physical damage and afflicts the target with Major Breach for 15 seconds.

Biting Swarm

Gilroy launches a flask containing insects at a target, creating an area that deals low physical damage over time and snares. The area very slowly chases the nearest target.

Fiery Oil/Volatile Pool

Gilroy throws a potion that sets the targeted area alight and bounces once forward and creates a second flame area. The pools deal moderate flame damage over time to all players within the red circle.

Blazing Tar

Gilroy will cover his weapon in flaming oil, causing Lop and Chop to become Blazing Lop and Blazing Chop.

Blazing Lop

A basic melee attack that does minor physical damage and additional fire damage over time.

Blazing Chop

A basic melee attack that does minor physical damage and additional fire damage over time.

Summon Crystaljacks

Gilroy periodicaly summons four crystaljacks to fight for him. There are no limits for the number of summons.

Step Back

Gilroy puts some distance between himself and his target.
