Quick Walkthrough[edit]
- Read the Dominion Correspondence at Loriasel or Ten-Maur-Wolk.
- Talk to Vicecanon Hrondar in Stormhold.
Detailed Walkthrough[edit]
The parchment detailing correspondence between Aldmeri Dominion members is titled Eyes of the Queen Only and can be found at either Loriasel or Ten-Maur-Wolk. At Ten-Maur-Wolk, it can be found on a table inside the cave, or on the exterior of the ruins, in the large circular pavilion. At Loriasel, it can be found on the ground next to the largest Dominion tent. Either way, the scroll is laying face-up, prone to prying eyes. Read it to see what it says:
- <This scroll bears the mark of the Aldmeri Dominion>
- <Read the scroll>
- Eyes in Stormhold report killings in the holdfast.
Failure by local government to resolve these murders has led to a lack of confidence in Vicecanon Hrondar and the gerents beneath him. This is a weakness we would be well served to exploit.
Apparently there has been a series of murders occurring in Stormhold, and the Dominion is somehow aware of this. Travel to the Stormhold Fighters Guild and report to Vicecanon Hrondar to give him the news.
Notes[edit]
- This quest is only offered if you have not yet started Onward to Shadowfen.

- Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
- Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
