Krin Ren-dro

Krin Ren-dro is a Khajiit and a former member of the Eyes of the Queen. After his defection, he settled in the town of Pa'alat, where he began selling private information of the Aldmeri Dominion to both the Daggerfall Covenant and the Ebonheart Pact. For his actions, he is being tracked down by Cariel for treason.

He maintains negotiations with Rakhad to export S'ren-ja skooma to Covenant and Pact lands. The former spy has contacts all along Reaper's March: Dune, Arenthia, Rawl'kha and Thizzrini Arena are infiltrated with his agents. Ren-dro also puts a bounty on the head of Ravo Peltrasius, a Colovian deserter who is interfering in his dealing in skooma and extortions from his base in the Ayleid ruins of Fardir's Folly.

He also is trying to recruit a Vinedusk Ranger for his personal spy network, but the operation has not yet been successful. He keeps an eye on Auridon too through his own cousin in Mathiisen: Zurka. He distrusts the Veiled Heritance and fears that if they take Auridon, they could be trouble. His other agent in Auridon, Malion, has been watched by Skywatch Dominion agents, resulting in his last operation ending in failure. Another problem in Dominion lands he has to deal with is the loss of contact with Red Sun Bandits in Malabal Tor.

In Pact lands, he keeps a close contact with Leidela Black-Briar and J'darzi in Riften, the latter being his covert agent in the city. He even plans secret visits to the city with the aid of Leidela. And in Covenant lands, he has an agent in Wayrest by the name of S'rashi, there, he has arranged a meeting with Captain Albert Marck concerning an eventual visit to Sentinel.

He is eventually tracked down to the caves beneath his mansion, where is currently dealing with Pact General Bathes-In-Blood and Covenant General Cassel.

Quest-Related Events[edit]

Enter Ren-dro's lair and you'll hear the following conversations.

Bathes-In-Blood argues with Cassel over how to deal with Cariel:

General Bathes-In-Blood: "Drown in the river, Breton. I never agreed to this."
General Cassel: "Back up, lizard. Your breath offends me. And you most certainly did agree to this."
General Bathes-In-Blood: "No! I've been in close contact with the Hidden Armigers. They were angling for a kill on that Cariel wench."
General Cassel: "This is what I'm saying. You agreed to the documents in exchange for her location. The Ring of Daggers had what you wanted."
Krin Ren-dro: "Enough talk of spy networks. We'll talk about this again tonight."

Cassel and Krin Ren-dro condemns Bathes-In-Blood's actions:

General Cassel: "How do you explain this, lizard? We had a deal."
Krin Ren-dro: "Yes, Argonian. I recall the details of the deal quite clearly."
General Cassel: "And the loss of a hundred troops was not in the deal!"
General Bathes-In-Blood: "Pah, you are both overreacting. What do you care for front-line soldiers? You both received your shipments."
Krin Ren-dro: "This kind of attack draws attention, lizard. Play us like this again, and you'll learn that cats have sharper claws by far."

Krin Rend-dro looking at the offers made by the generals:

Krin Ren-dro: "We have an opportunity to replace the battlereeve. Ayrenn's head of military matters could be taken out, easily. And perhaps replaced with one of our own?"
General Bathes-In-Blood: "Tantalizing, Ren-dro. I'll have to talk with the Armigers to see what kind of payment we could offer."
General Cassel: "Don't wait for their pitiful offer, Ren-dro. The Ring of Daggers knew this was coming. We have a tentative offer. Here."
General Bathes-In-Blood: "Three estates in Cyrodiil? A tract of land in Stonefalls? Isn't this offer a bit presumptive, Ren-Dro?"
Krin Ren-dro: "The lizard is right, Cassel. Your next offer had best not be built on promises and lies."

Once you reach Krin Ren-dro, you will have to fight both the rogue agent and enemy alliance generals.
