Quest-Related Events

Before the quest, he will warn you step back from his leader's tent:

"You are not welcome here, outside. You may visit our camp, but do not tarry near the chief's tent."

Arrive at the camp and he'll be standing outside Marimah's tent.

"Stay back, wanderer. You are welcome to our camp, but our chief is not entertaining guests.
Like so many of our warriors, he has been poisoned. Only his daughter may disturb his rest."

King Fahara'jad sent me. We need the aid of the Ash'abah.

"The king has waited too long. So many warriors have died, and Marimah holds onto life by a thread.
We will answer the king's call to the best of our ability, but I fear we can do very little. You should speak to Talia if you haven't already."

If you completed Morwha's Curse without completing In Search of the Ash'abah, he will be friendlier to you:

"Marimah says you are to become an Ash'abah, so I welcome you to our tribe.
True honor need not be named."

After completing In Search of the Ash'abah, he'll greet you with:

"It is our duty as Ash'abah to assist the king if he calls upon us. I only wish he had called on us earlier.
Perhaps this terrible poisoning could have been avoided."

After completing The Initiation without completing In Search of the Ash'abah, he will treat you as part of the tribe:

"You are one of us now. Welcome to the tribe.
True honor need not be named."
