Nimalten is a town in the western Rift. Balynor the traveling merchant wanders the road south of town.

The Thane's Housecarl outside the Thane's Hall says "The Covenant sends troops here to watch over us. Are we children?", although Nimalten is part of the Ebonheart Pact, not the Covenant. ^?
