Nishzo was an Alfiq thief who was part of an Alfiq criminal gang that each stole a piece of a precious Khajiit tapestry. By the time you find him, he is dead in his hideout.
His journal records his final thoughts and reveals he was planning on hunting down his compatriots to take their pieces, but died of flu before he could go through with it. He recorded their locations as cryptic couplets in The Many Threads.
