Prior to freeing the town from the Red Rooks control, he'll say:

"So far these Red Rooks have left me alone. Most people leave me alone. I like it that way."

What's been happening around here?

"The Red Rooks have taken over the town. Caught everyone by surprise.
Me? I'm just minding my own business and hoping they just go away."

After the Red Rooks are gone, he has not much to comment if you told him the Red Rooks were driven out:

The Red Rooks are gone now.

"Yeah. And people still mostly leave me alone. Which is still fine by me."
