Known Issues[edit]
Note that all known issues listed below will be addressed and fixed before Update 6 goes live.
Character Select
- You cannot currently modify your appearance when creating a new character. This does not affect your choice of alliance, race, or class.

- Character models may take longer than usual to load in.
- Alliance-specific backgrounds may not sync up with your actual alliance.
- If you use the "Hide Helmet" option, your facial customization options will be set to default when viewing them from this screen. This will not affect your face in-game.
Gameplay
- There is still an outstanding issue that is causing extremely high damage. While we have fixed some of the ways this can happen, our QA team has identified some situations where this can still occur. This is a top priority and we are working to make sure it is fixed.
Justice System
- Bankers that were added to the Outlaws Refuges do not currently have VO.
