Prelate Sabinus

Prelate Sabinus is an Imperial member of the Mages Guild and a follower of Arkay who can be found in various cities around Tamriel, either in the Mages Guildhalls or in the Shrine areas. He has the ability to cure Vampirism or Lycanthropy for the price of an offering to Arkay in gold.

If you have been infected with vampirism:

"May Arkay drive back the darkness, forever more."

I was attacked by a vampire. I fear I may become one of them.

"Those wretched creatures slink in the darkness, cowering from the light of Arkay. Fear not, with Arkay's grace I can purify you.
All I ask is a simple donation to the temple."

Now, let Arkay's light burn the curse from your blood."

I won't pay for your cure.

"That is unfortunate.
May Arkay's light shine upon you."

He will then begin levitating and perform a spell, causing you to kneel on the ground and your vision to become slightly blurry. You must then speak to him again:

"Arkay protect you, my child."

Am I cured?

"Yes. The blood-curse is gone from you.
Terrible dangers, such as werewolves and vampires, crawl in the darkness. Should you fall victim to their infection, know I will lift the evil with the light of Arkay."

You can also approach him to cure vampirism if you became a vampire and decide you don't want the "gift" anymore.

"May Arkay drive back the darkness, forever more."

I have been cursed with vampirism. I want to live free of this curse./I no longer wish to be a werewolf. Can you help me?

"You have no doubt sinned greatly due to your affliction, but fear not. Arkay's grace can purify you, if you truly desire forgiveness.
Considering the weight of your sin, I must ask for a donation to the temple before I can purify you."

You can also approach him to cure lycanthropy if you became a werewolf and decide you don't want the "gift" anymore.

"You are wise to abandon your evil ways. The life of a filthy Daedric beast is not one any mortal should choose. It will be difficult, but I believe I can rid you of Hircine's taint.
