Ragjar is a Nord assassin found in The Foundry of Woe. He is the one who killed Lyris' father, Gjalder. When his health gets low, he transforms into the Manifestation of Regret.

Quest-Related Events[edit]
After Gjalder appears, you'll hear him yell from a nearby ruined building:
- Ragjar: "Bleed, you bastard! Die like the monster you are."
He then attacks Gjalder, and you must intervene to progress.
