The Shrine of the Hidden Moon is an old sanctuary of the Khajiit order found in Rawl'kha. It becomes accessible during the related quest when Zerith-var approaches it, as it recognises him as a member of the Order of the Hidden Moon.

Inside you will find it filled with Khajiiti skeletons and dust, with an Unfinished Letter in the entrance chamber giving hints at what happened. You will also find the Rites of the Order of the Hidden Moon in the second room.
