Sir Marq Tailas is the Breton leader of the Pale Watch, a rogue knightly order that occupies Watcher's Hold. He is considered to be a bandit by the Daggerfall Covenant and is hostile on sight.

Like other delve bosses in Wrothgar, Sir Marq may drop an Auric Tusk. He uses a mix of ravager and thundermaul class abilities during combat.
